I'm Ivette Flower

I am a keynote speaker, trainer, and coach to individuals and teams. I am a certified Leadership Coach with the International Coaching Federation as well as a Positive Intelligence Coach. 

I'm a recovering perfectionist and corporate veteran. I founded iFlower Solutions after a personal journey that began with experiencing burnout as a top-producing senior sales executive in Business-to-Business sales for over 20 years. During that time, I consistently ranked within the top 5% nationally in sales in the tradeshow and pharmaceutical industries, even earning a 6-figure income while working part-time. However, this high level of achievement came with significant challenges.

At age 40, I found myself in a doctor's office, undergoing tests to determine the cause of my sleep issues and memory loss. The diagnosis was burnout. I realized that my relentless drive, constant motion, and prioritization of others' needs had led me to this point. The coping mechanisms that fueled my success since childhood had caused anxiety, stress, and overwhelm.

This experience marked a turning point in my life. I recognized that many high achievers, like myself, make great leaders but are at risk of sabotaging their own performance. With less than 58% of sales reps hitting their targets, I saw an urgent need to address these challenges.

I founded iFlower Solutions to help individuals and teams avoid the pitfalls I encountered, empowering them to achieve their goals with sustainable performance strategies. My mission is to empower leaders to enhance their well-being, improve relationships, and boost work performance, resulting in a 30% increase in sales.
